Summer Film Club (ages 13 – 16)

This is a week-long Summer Film Club, running each day from Mon 18 - Fri 22 Aug

Develop your talent, learn new skills and make two short films in a week at our exciting 5-day course for young filmmakers. You’ll be given a line of dialogue, a prop and a character action in the morning, then you’ll have two days to write and produce your film. After that, you’ll swap roles and go for it again. So everyone will get the chance to experience a range of roles as you race against time to make not one, but two film masterpieces in a week!

The films will then be edited by the Summer Film Club tutor ready for their ‘premiere’ screening here at Broadway in the autumn. 

Designed with different learning styles in mind, the Summer Film Club covers all the key elements of filmmaking and production, including scriptwriting, shooting, direction and editing. All equipment and training will be provided by our expert tutor Keith Allott.

Lunch is not provided, please bring your own or make use of Broadway's Café Bar.
