Scattered Pages From a Palestinian-ukranian’s Memoirs, With Adeeb Shaheen

You are invited to celebrate the publication of Adeeb Shaheen’s memoir It Is War! 

Adeeb lives in Nottingham with his family and is twice a refugee, once from Palestine – his home being Nablus – and now from Ukraine – his home being Kharkiv. Along the way Adeeb also studied in Russia, served time in prison in Israel, and lived in Jordan. He is well known locally in the groups that support Ukrainians and Palestinians.

There will be a short talk (in Adeeb’s what? … fifth language) followed by a Q & A and discussion.
