Halloween Tales

Come join Dave Brookes The Woolly Teller at the Fox and Grapes for Dark stories an ghostly tales 

All Hallows Eve  or the Feast of Samhain, better known as Halloween.  The Celts beloved it was when the light half of the year  met the dark half of the year and for one night the two worlds joined and the spirits could pass between the two.  Others believed it was its the one night when the dead  raised up and roamed abroad.  The good  kept there doors tight closed and left offerings.    

Doors open at 5.30pm and performance commences at 6.30pm .   Advance tickets from the premises or by telephone at 0115 841 8970.   advance tickets  are £10.00   with @12.00 on the night.   Includes a hot buffet.
