An exhibition looking at the last two years of excavations at Norton Disney and the current understanding of dodecahedra.
In the summer of 2023 a small amateur archaeological group from Norton Disney, Lincolnshire, working in partnership with the commercial archaeology company Allen Archaeology, excavated a Roman site close to a Roman villa and the Fosse Way Roman road. Towards the end of their excavation a rare and very fine example of a Gallo Roman dodecahedron was found.
This exhibition looks at the last two years of excavations at the site and the current understanding of dodecahedron.
